Cheviot Housing to start on site
Cheviot Housing Association will commence on site this summer with 10 new homes for rent on Woodhorn Road.
These new homes will be a replacement for some of the properties which will be demolished at the Colliery Estate. The development will consist of four - 2 bedroom bungalows, four - 3 bedroom houses and two - 4 bedroom houses. All of the properties are pre-allocated to residents of the estate.
