A totally blinging weekend!
10 young residents of the village went on a team building weekend with Newbiggin Life in partnership with Newbiggin Middle School. In order to ensure that younger residents views and opinions are incorporated into the forthcoming masterplan, Newbiggin Life took the children on a outward bound course in Belford, Northumberland.
Those involved took part in raft building, canoeing, kick rounders, football and many more activities. Project Manager Roberta Buchanan said "the weekend was a huge success with the young people not only having a lot of fun along the way but ensuring that their opinions were incorporated into the draft masterplan".
