Grainger Homes - first owners move in
Shaun and Karen Willis have lived in the village with their children for over 10 years.
"This is the first time there has been homes like this available in Newbiggin", Mrs Willis said. "We wanted to move to a bigger home with a garage but we didn't want to move to another town. When Grainger Homes started building here, it was perfect for us".
Stewart and Janet Allison who run a care home in the village, purchased because they were keen to remain near to their business. Moving to the town from outside the village is Tom and Kathryn Jobling. Kathryn said, "Newbiggin is a great place to live , we love the community spirit here".
