Private Landlord Forum Private landlords are invited to attend the next Landlord Forum which is taking place on Wednesday 8 th November 2006 at Newbiggin Sailing Club, Bridge Street , Newbiggin-by-the-Sea. The event starts at 6pm and landlords will have the opportunity to hear from guest speakers, Colin MacDonald from the Energy Saving Trust Advice Centre, Les Ives from insurance broker Elliott Garden and Community Support Officer, Diane Percival-Munro. Landlords will also receive an update regarding the development of the Accreditation Scheme, aimed at recognising responsible landlords in the area, and be given the opportunity to ask any questions they may have.
